The following general business, delivery and payment regulations (T&C) are components of all contracts for:

Separate T&C's of any contract partner are not and do not become components of the contract. If any other agreement is made it will only become valid if the agreement is made in writing.
The patient attests that he is at least 18 years of age and fully able to deal by himself. If the patient is younger than 18 years, the agreement of their parents is necessary.

Prices for treatments
All prices quoted are net prices.

Payments for treatments
The payment for any treatment is to be made in cash or in travellers' checks
At the beginning of the treatment 50% of the estimated cost is due. The remainder is due at the end of the treatment.
Treatments that involve only one visit have to be paid in full at the time of treatment. Payments can be made in dollars or euros.

Guarantee
The guarantee for all materials and lab components used is 3 years. Labor of lab technicians and the dentists' time are also free of cost for 3 years. A dentist's guarantee as to problems that may arise later is not given unless such problems are the direct result of the procedure that was done. Such problems then fall under the 3 year guarantee including any lab costs that may arise. Travel costs and lodging are the patient's responsibility. The guarantee is only valid for procedures that were done in our dental practice. Costs arising from work done in other dental offices are not covered under this guarantee.

Payments
All treatment costs and materials such as tooth replacement components are the property of the clinic until the bill for the treatment has been paid in full. Payment and any collection costs that may arise are the liability of the patient.
